Storm Tactical "Standard Paper" coil bound books are printed on standard printer paper, in an easy to read size of 5.5" x 8.5" (half of an 8.5" x 11" sheet of paper). The book uses plastic coils, which have shown to hold up better than metal coils in the field. These books are coil bound with a clear front plastic cover and black vinyl rear cover. These books can be used with Rite in Rain waterproof pen, sharpie fine point pen, uniball 207 style pen or other smear-proof pen, or pencil.
