How do I return something to Triad Tactical, Inc?

At Triad Tactical, Inc, we stand behind our products.  If there is an issue with a product, you have 30 days in which to bring it to our attention:

When returning items:

 

1. All returned items must be in the original packaging. 

 

2. Any items returned for reasons other than defects must be unused and in the original packaging.  A service charge of 5% will be charged, and deducted from your refund.  This does not apply to defective items.  

 

3. We will not issue refunds for used merchandise or item not in "Like New" condition.  

 

4.  Please include a copy of your order/invoice and why the item is being returned.
